Alec Baldwin made an appearance on Late Night With David Letterman on Wednesday, June 21, 2012 where he dropped his pants.
While he probably dropped his pants so everyone would focus on something outside of his recent incident with the paparazzi (the one where he “allegedly” hit a photographer), he was just showing off his weight loss.
Baldwin arrived on the Letterman set to the Pat Benatar classic “Hit Me With Your Best Shot.” After dropping his pants to show he is bathing suit ready, Letterman did the same.
They then discussed the “incident” with Baldwin saying,
“They want you to react….They want you to take a punch or push them or something.”
Letterman defended Baldwin saying, “The picture, without knowing the story, tells a tale that’s not often true.”
It doesn’t seem as though Baldwin learned anything from the incident as he was said to run over a reporter’s foot with his bicycle the next day.
